Job Title: Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in various tasks related to the execution and management of marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and has a passion for marketing and communications.

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
• Help with the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
• Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Assist with copywriting, editing, and proofreading for marketing communications.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email platforms, SEO, analytics).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
