Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Winstead, MN

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Verify incoming or on-the-floor product to applicable drawings, internal specifications, and customer requirements.
• Provide reports detailing characteristics inspected with accept/fail results recorded.
• Understand and follow all safety, quality, and process standards; actively participate in DMS activities and process auditing.
• Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) teams to eradicate process losses and engage in QM Pillar activities.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to disposition defective products and utilize inspection equipment effectively.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of prior quality experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate computer skills and basic machine maintenance skills.
• Experience with quality inspection and laminating machine systems handling.
• Basic math skills, reading comprehension, and ability to follow work directions, safety rules, and SOPs.
