Title of Position: Director of Operations
Job Description: The Director of Operations oversees an entire region with multiple operating stores. They ensure smooth operations, cleanliness, budget adherence, sales goals achievement, and compliance with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events. Responsible for coordinating and guiding Area Supervisors, they conduct regular checks at territories and stores to ensure alignment with company standards. Collaborating with Area Supervisors, the Director creates and manages budgets. Key skills for a proficient Director of Operations include leadership, time management, quantitative acumen, analytical thinking, decision-making prowess, and excellent communication.
